ECIL Technician Vacancy 2025
Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) is looking for dynamic, experienced and result oriented personnel for the posts of TECHNICIAN (GR-II) (WG-III) for different Trades at Headquarter in Hyderabad, various Zonal Offices and Project sites spread across India. The details of vacancies and other relevant information are as given below.
ECIL Vacancy 2025 Qualification & Experience
The applicant should have Matriculation/SSC or its equivalent plus ITI
certificate (NTC) with NAC OR Matriculation/SSC or its equivalent plus ITI certificate (NTC) with oneyear relevant experience in manufacturing processes as on 30/04/2025.
The ITI Certificate (NTC) should be in the above-mentioned trade only at S.No. 1-9. This includes NTC, Board Based Basic Training as well as advanced modules under Multi skilled training pattern of Directorate General of Labour & Employment being implemented through ITI upgraded as Centre of Excellence in required trades.
ECIL Technician Salary
The selected candidates will be placed at the basic pay of ₹ 20,480/month with 3% annual increment. In addition to the basic pay mentioned above DA, HRA, Fringe Benefits, PF, Gratuity, Medical benefits, Leave will be applicable as per the Corporation rules in force from time to time.

ECIL Vacancy 2025 Age Limit
The upper age for UR Candidate is 27 years as on 30/04/2025. Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates. The upper age limit is further relaxed by 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (degree of disability 40% or above) and 5 years for the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989. Ex- servicemen are eligible for age relaxation for the service rendered in Defence plus three years.
ECIL Exam Centre 2025
CBT will be conducted in the following Cities. The option for city for CBT to be selected by the candidate at the time of submission of online application form. However the allotment of city for CBT will be at the discretion of ECIL & the request for change of CBT center will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Note: Trade Test Only the Short Listed candidates will be called for Trade Test at Hyderabad.
ECIL Technician Syllabus 2025
The selection methodology will comprise of two stage selection process i.e. Computer Based Test (CBT) and Trade Test. No Personal Interview shall be conducted.
The weightage for CBT & Trade Test is 85:15 respectively. The candidate has to secure minimum 50% marks in each factor of selection and 60% overall to be considered for selection of candidates.
