BCPL Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

Foreman Roles: Engineering Diploma in respective branch (Chemical, Civil, Instrumentation, etc.) with minimum 55% marks plus 2 years of post-qualification experience.

Junior Superintendent (HR): Bachelor’s Degree with a Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations (min. 50% marks) and computer operation proficiency, along with 2 years of experience.

Operator (Chemical): B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry with min. 50% marks and 1 year experience.

Technicians: Matriculation with ITI Tradesmanship / National Apprenticeship Certificate in relevant trades (Electrical, Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Machinist, Turner, Instrumentation) plus 2 years of experience.
