Upper Age Limit & Age Relaxation
Tenure of Employment
Project Engineer / Diploma Assistant / Trade Assistant will be engaged on temporary (contract) basis initially for a period of one year, which may be extended up to a maximum period of four years (including the initial period) on extendable basis only, based on the Organisational requirement and individual performance.
Note: The contract employee shall not make any claim for regular employment in BDL, since the appointment is purely contractual and for specified period. They are not entitled for regular employment.
Bharat Dynamics Limited Recruitment 2025 Salary
The remuneration indicated above is per month (pm). In addition to the consolidated remuneration to above post(s) an amount of Rs.10,000/- per year will be paid towards expenses like Medical Insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance etc.
The said amount shall be paid in two instalments i.e., First instalment (50%) to be processed in the first month’s salary after joining and the second instalment (50%) will be paid after completion of 11 months from the date of joining.
