ISRO IPRC Recruitment 2026 Qualification Details

Technical Assistant: First Class Diploma in the respective engineering branch (Automobile, Mechanical, Production, Electronics & Communication/Telecommunication/Instrumentation) from a recognized State Board.

Technician ‘B’: Pass in SSLC/SSC/Matric/10th Std. along with an ITI in the designated trade with National Trade Certificate (NTC) / National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) from NCVT.

Cook ‘A’: Pass in SSLC/SSC/Matric/10th Std. plus 5 years of verified working experience as a Cook in a well-established Hotel or Canteen.

Fireman ‘A’: Pass in SSLC/SSC/Matric/10th Std. coupled with prescribed physical fitness standards and submission of a valid Preliminary Medical Examination (PME) Certificate.

ISRO IPRC Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

Written Test: Conducted offline via OMR method at designated test centers in Tirunelveli and Chennai. The exam evaluates domain knowledge and technical competency through objective multiple-choice questions.

Skill Test / Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Shortlisted candidates (in a 1:5 ratio for general technical roles and 1:50 for Fireman ‘A’) will be called for a practical Skill Test or physical efficiency evaluations held on a strict ‘GO/NO-GO’ qualifying basis.

Final Merit: Final selection is determined entirely by the marks secured in the Written Test among qualified candidates.
