Candidates must have passed Matriculation (Class 10th) along with a National Trade Certificate (NTC) or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT in the relevant trade.

Ex-Servicemen with equivalent technical qualifications (Class-III, II, or I with proper civil equivalence endorsements) are also eligible.
